What shipping options do you offer?

At The Knitting Nook, all orders are shipped via Australia Post. Orders over $150 will be shipped complimentary. Orders up to 500g will have a postage fee of $10. 

Will I receive a tracking number?

At this time The Knitting Nook doesn’t offer tracking. If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery date, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will happily follow up with Australia Post.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The Knitting Nook is a small business, where all orders are packed with love and care. We do our very best to ship your order as soon as possible, but good things can take time. Please allow up to two (2) business days for us to dispatch your order. Depending on where you live, your order may take up to two (2) weeks to arrive.

RETURNS

Can I cancel or return my order if I change my mind?

We don’t have the capacity to offer returns for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose your knitting supplies carefully when shopping at The Knitting Nook.

Help! I used the wrong address for my order!

Unfortunately, The Knitting Nook cannot replace orders that are shipped to the wrong location if your details are incorrect at the checkout. To avoid disappointment, please ensure you provide us with accurate shipping information.

What should I do if my order is missing?

We do our best to ensure that your order arrives in a timely manner, but we’re not in control of what happens once your items are in the hands of Australia Post. If your order has not arrived, please contact us and we will happily follow up with Australia Post. 

What should I do if my order is damaged?

At The Knitting Nook, we do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives in the best possible condition, but sometimes, things happen that are out of our control. If you receive damaged items, please submit a claim with Australia Post, providing photos to support your claim.

What should I do if my order is faulty?

If your order is faulty due to a manufacturing fault, please contact The Knitting Nook as soon as possible. Please provide photos of the fault so that we can help to resolve the issue.
